  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
  • Provide support for patients with behavioral health needs and those requiring memory care.
  • Help with mobility and transferring patients safely to and from beds or wheelchairs.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation regarding patient care and progress.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, especially in homecare or senior care environments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to document patient information accurately using electronic health systems.
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a relevant training program is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing patient needs.
