- You have an intervention specialist license from the Ohio Department of Education - or will be eligible for one by the start of the 24-25 school year.

- The salary schedule begins at $38,076 for a teacher with a bachelor's degree and no experience.
- TCESC teachers work a 184- day contract.
- TCESC pays 90 percent of a teacher's healthcare premium each month.
- You accrue paid sick leave with also having three personal days per year.
- TCESC pays for a $50,000 life insurance policy.
- Funds are available for partial tuition reimbursement.
- TCESC provides a mentor and a structured program for resident educators.
