Our skilled educators and therapists collaborate in thoughtfully designed sensory gyms, art studios, and bright classrooms, creating a nurturing environment where students thrive. What we offer:
- Consistent Pay: Same rate for all work, with no differentiation between billable and non-billable hours, and no reductions for student cancellations
- Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hours are 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM on Monday, Thursday, and Friday, and 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on Tuesday and Wednesday. No nights or weekends.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to students with unique needs, ensuring they receive the attention and care required for their success.
- Work with students individually or in small groups to deliver customized instruction and reinforce key skills.
- Perform clerical duties and help manage classroom materials, supporting the teacher in maintaining an organized learning environment.
- Assist students with various curriculum-based tasks and projects, and help supervise during field trips and other activities.
- Up and care for instructional equipment, guide students in using educational tools and resources, and help distribute and collect materials for lessons.
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- A genuine passion for working with children, along with patience and compassion
Preferred/Nice to have:
- Experience working with children with special needs or autism through volunteer work, employment, or other relevant experiences
