In this role you will ensure residents receive the assistance with activities of daily living in a respectful, compassionate manner that coincides with the community's mission statement and core values. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Resident Assistant:
- Possesses the knowledge or has the ability to monitor resident vital signs and report variances or changes to the licensed nurse.
- Able to understand and follow each resident's service plan and provide assistance as required.
- Promotes communication between community team members and the resident for preferences, change in medical conditions, and other health related issues.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Be able to read, write and comprehend English
