Team Advisor-Production
: Job Details :

The Team Advisor is directly responsible for 30-60 employees in a production facility. The successful candidate understands how to lead, motivate, mentor, and manage a team. You will be responsible for increasing productivity and quality of production. This will be either a 2nd shift 3pm - 11pm or 3rd shift 11pm -7am.- 15% target incentive paid out quarterly- 401k with 8% match- Medical, Dental, and other benefits start on day 1- Employee owned company (stock options)- Relocation available (not preferred)
