  • Processes all incoming and outgoing mail for Collections Foreclosure practice group.
  • Draft and prepare various client correspondence, including administrative letters such as payment notifications.
  • Oversee vendor orders and manage the closure of cases.
  • Compile and prepare monthly status reports for paralegal review.
  • E-file pleadings in various counties throughout the State of New Jersey and New York.
  • Handle e-recordings, process trust and firm check requests, and manage check deposits.
Additional Miscellaneous Back-up Duties:
  • Manage all mailings and copy requests.
  • Serve as backup for E-recording for other practice groups, as needed.
  • Process FedEx including dropping off at FedEx box.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing faxes.
  • Perform any other duties required by the position.
Required Skills/Abilities:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Competency in organizing files and workflows.
  • Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with PDF's.
  • Familiarity with Collection and Foreclosure software programs is a plus.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
  • A minimum of two to three years related experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment required.
