Job Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Team Assistant to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will contribute significantly to the efficient operation of our medical records workflow, processing requests in Hixny, supporting the intake department, managing the reception desk, and ensuring prompt follow-up on home care orders. The Team Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service delivery and organizational efficiency within our healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Medical Records Workflow: Efficiently process and manage medical records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
  • Hixny Requests: Handle requests in the Hixny system promptly and accurately, utilizing technical proficiency to navigate and fulfill requests.
  • Intake Department Support: Assist the intake department with administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and communication with clients and healthcare providers.
  • Reception Desk Coverage: Provide professional reception duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing inquiries with a courteous and helpful demeanor.
  • Home Care Order Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on home care orders to facilitate timely and effective service delivery, ensuring client needs are met promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in reception, medical records, or healthcare administration is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
