Responsibilities:
Team Lead over the following:
EDF Gasket MachineVerifying the processing of orders to meet production needs, based on the production control report.Rampf Gasket MachineVerifying the processing of orders to meet production needs, based on the production control report.Pack-size Machine Verifying production and shipping needs are met based on schedule reportsRail PrinterVerifying the processing of materials for production needs are metMaterial HandlersEnsure material is present in production area, the ensure set-ups are completed in a timely mannerVerify thread and schedule for accurate placement of MP (pre-shift)
Verify scheduled orders for (Qty) and (Quality)Based on material handler description. Ensuring all materials are available and meet quality standards before orders are processed. This will give a greater sense of awareness when allocating MP to areas of production based off of material availability. This will also help prevent double handling of material and decrease our loss of time, due to tear down and resetting the line.Coordinate with MH after verification to stage material for lineOnce product has been verified, the material handlers, then set the line up to keep production moving and efficientDocument and communicate any shortages with relative parties and update RLGL to reflect any discrepancies
While verifying material, if there are any discrepancies found (communicate with T/L, and Supervisor to adjust schedule based on findings)Communicate potential issues with other T/L's and Supervisor to prevent DT
While reviewing the gasket production schedule if material has not been processed in a timely manner, communicate with the T/L and Supervisor for schedule update, Supervisor can then follow-up for availability timelineAct as a support function to lines, machines or MH as needed or directed by Supervisor or manager.
