Our comprehensive services include outpatient therapy, psychiatric evaluations, community support, and substance use programs.Position OverviewWe are seeking a full-time licensed ACT Team Lead to oversee clinical and administrative operations of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team while also providing direct client care. In this role, you will guide a multidisciplinary team, deliver supervision and consultation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services. This position involves approximately 60% administrative duties and 40% direct clinical services.location: Raleigh, NC Compensation: starting at $55,304Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Supervision:
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision for the ACT team, ensuring adherence to program standards.
- Conduct individual clinical supervision and case consultations for team members.
- Respond to crisis situations with staff and act as a back-up for client needs as required.
- Direct Client Services:
- Deliver services such as crisis assessment, symptom management, individual counseling, and psychotherapy.
- Provide substance abuse treatment, daily living support, and social or leisure activity services to clients.
- Coordinate education, support, and consultation for clients' families and natural supports.
- Program Oversight and Standards:
- Ensure compliance with the latest National Program Standards for ACT Teams, as defined by the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill or the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
- Oversee both internal and external services, advocate for clients in the community, and collaborate with families and natural supports.
- Planning and Evaluation:
- Lead the development and evaluation of person-centered plans in collaboration with the client and the team.
- Monitor and ensure services are appropriate, effective, and aligned with client needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensure: Must hold a current license to practice in North Carolina (e.g., LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT).
- Experience: Minimum of one year of direct practice experience working with individuals with mental health or substance use challenges.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a commitment to person-centered care.
