The Client Solutions Team Lead serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for HRCloud PTO, Extensis Learning (HRKnowledgeCloud), Performance Management, E-Verify, and Applicant Tracking products. In addition, serves as a team lead and first point of escalation for the Client Solutions Specialists and leads special projects related to process improvement and development of new solutions.
Oversee daily team operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Lead and mentor new team members, providing guidance and support for their development.
Provide one-on-one training to team members as needed to enhance their skills and performance.
Create training and implementation SOPs for all products offered and deliver to Client Solutions Specialists.
Supports the review and implementation of process improvements of solutions.
Lead creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation in relation to the products supported.
Maintain an exclusive book of clients that require a very high level of support.
Education
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with capability to utilize the full Microsoft Suite
Formal study in technology and/or HR technology
Experience with PEO a plus but not required
Work Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience as working with teams in a leadership capacity
Prior experience in a fast-paced, client service environment
HR Technology or other HR experience a plus
