About the Team Lead - Dropbox:

Are you a motivating sales leader who is passionate about driving success? If so, MarketStar has a great opportunity for you. This is a world-class technology & social network brand enabling businesses to transform communications, culture, and workflows inside their organizations of all shapes, sizes, and industries.

As a Team Lead you will manage inbound sales motions across SMB and mid-market. You will be responsible for the day-to-day activities and overall performance of the team ensuring that monthly targets and client goals are achieved while maintaining the highest quality standards and customer experience.

Location: Utah Remote

What Will You Do?

  • Successfully drive your teams to meet and exceed sales quotas and client expectations.
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor and drive your team's performance, identify achievements as well as areas of focus.
  • Hold regular team meetings/huddles to ensure alignment of team performance and goals.
  • Identify best practices and make recommendations to senior leadership to improve team and program performance and identify potential areas for growth.
  • Help identify sales trends and customer feedback to improve client products and processes.
  • Support the sales team by ensuring that all internal systems and tools (expense reporting, time card, etc.) are up to date.
  • What Will You Need to Succeed?

  • Direct and B2B sales experience required, leadership experience preferred.
  • Must be competitive and be willing to drive, push and exceed goals.
  • 2 or more years of management/supervisory experience or equivalent in a telesales environment OR currently holds a MarketStar Coach or Team Lead position.
  • Superior communication and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based technology and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to motivate others and drive performance.
  • Must have an adaptive management style and the ability to work at micro and macro levels.
  • Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment.
