Schedule: 2nd shift, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday

Pay Rate: Starting at $19.50/hr

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of loading and outbound delivery of merchandise to stores, fulfillment centers, and other facilities

Review and adjust the Store Delivery Schedule as needed

Lead, train, and motivate a team, including leads and supervisors, to drive productivity and accuracy

Manage performance for temporary labor associates

Address routing issues, losses, aged cartons, and delivery exceptions

Conduct outbound audits to ensure inventory and manifest accuracy

Set goals and drive productivity for outbound audit associates

Handle special projects and other assigned duties

Qualifications:

At least one year of previous lead or supervisor experience
