As a Team Lead, you are a:

  • Teacher: Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care. Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation. Classroom instruction is at least 50% of your weekly schedule.
  • Communicator: Build relationships with families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center's success.
  • Mentor: Assist with the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and fellow Teachers, creating fun, interactive learning experiences for preschool children.
  • Leader: Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in their absence, including opening and closing the school.
  • Expert: Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
  • We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

  • Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
  • College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA, preferred.
  • The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
  • Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
