Job Summary

We are seeking a fun and energetic Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead by example, drive sales, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Supervise and motivate team members
• Utilize strong organizational skills to manage store operations effectively
• Conduct operations making product and store tasks
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers

Experience

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer situations
• Food Manager Certification or Person in Charge Certification
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift

Work Location: In person
