Job Description:

As a Team Lead at Proterra Solar Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our canvassing team. You'll lead by example, ensuring your team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) while providing guidance, training, and support to foster both individual and team growth. This leadership role requires a proactive individual who is committed to team development, goal achievement, and overall success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of canvassers to meet performance targets
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to develop canvassing team members
• Monitor and track team KPIs to ensure goals are met
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members
• Ensure the canvassing team represents Proterra Solar with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Report on team performance and areas of improvement to management
