As a Team Lead, you are a:
Teacher: Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care. Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation. Classroom instruction is at least 50% of the weekly schedule.Communicator: Build relationships with families to promote achievement for the child and support your center's success.Mentor: Manage, train, and mentor new hires and fellow Teachers, creating fun, interactive learning experiences for preschool children.Leader: Assume duties of Director or Assistant Director in their absence, including opening and closing the school.Expert: Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:
