Ensures high levels of patient customer service, operational efficiency, physician, provider, and employee satisfaction.Here are just a few things we offer :Access to health, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account $500 matching contribution, eligible for PTO and Holiday pay, company paid life insurance and long term disability (full-time only), access to voluntary short term disability insurance (full-time only), access to additional life insurance eligible for Accident and Critical Illness Insurance, Hospital Indemnity and Cancer, Guardian401K with employer contribution profit sharing, employee discounts, and much more!ResponsibilitiesThis position may be responsible for managing one primary and additional satellite clinics and will travel as needed to satellite clinics.Essential FunctionsMaximizes clinic and team efficiency, productivity and teamworkManages clinic operations including budget and staffingAssists with employee recruitment, selection, and hiringAssists with managing staff performanceProvides regular updates to Regional Clinic ManagerEnsures all phone messages, faxes, and interdepartmental mail are addressed immediatelyResponsible for attaining prior authorizations and maintaining a system to track from start to finishProvides and supervises new employee orientationProvides CLIA training (where applicable)Acts as a role model and subject matter expert for policies and procedures set in place by managementResponsible for Clinical Assistant and Receptionist duties as needed.QualificationsEducationMinimum Post High-school education in a medical support field such as Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse, is required. Must hold current certification/licensure and must maintain certification/licensure throughout employmentKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesTwo years of previous experience in Dermatology/Mohs surgery is preferredMust maintain CPR Certification.Must be able to travel as neededMust demonstrate leadership experienceProficiency with computers including Microsoft OfficeAbility to work effectively and cooperatively with staff, clients, and visitorsAbility to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a teamAbility to use time productively and contribute to high levels of company operational efficiency and effectivenessAbility to maintain confidentiality of information.#INDSHA
