Job Title: Team LeadReports to: Club ManagerStatus: Full Time/Supervisor/Non-ExemptJob SummaryResponsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities* Assist in training and developing staff.* Assist in member service oversight making sure all staff provide great customer experience.* Very involved in front desk related tasks:* Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.* Taking info calls.* Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member account information.* Great/meet potential members and provide gym tour.* Assist to facilitate member service issues and questions.* Assist with team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.* Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.* Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.* Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of gym.* Assist in managing marketing efforts.
