We are looking for a highly skilled Team Lead Process Tech - Plastic Injection Molding join the team. Must have knowledge of all aspects of plastic injection molding methods, processes, and procedures. Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Organize shift startup
Supervise all molding personal in the performance of their duties for the team.
Monitor production monitoring software system for productivity, cycle times, and correct part counts.
Inspect all set-ups to verify proper set-ups are completed prior to start-up.
Update shift supervisor and the Maintenance Department of any problems or concerns.
Conduct a complete shift turnover with other shift teams.
Ensure cleanliness and order in the work area, and completeness of 5-S activities.
Trouble shoot problem molds and machines
Inspect all material equipment and material tags
