Primary Function

Responsible for the oversight and management of tasks associated with the workflow of all Processing Functions. This role will supervise and support a Team of 5 Processors. Additionally, they will facilitate all loans through the manufacturing process.

  • Direct oversight to a Team of processors
  • Works directly with Processing Manager to improve efficiency, enhance quality and influence production. Utilizes reporting to foster this environment
  • Trains and mentors new Team members
  • Manages an active loan pipeline by ensuring all key performance indicators are met
  • Ensures all Processing conditions are satisfied in a timely fashion
  • Adheres to established service level agreements
  • Supports Sales, Closing & Funding
  • Provides feedback loop to Sales partners
  • Active communication with consumers, Title Companies & other internal Departments
  • Manages the staff, plans responsibilities, directs activities, and utilizes staff resources effectively, including modifying staff levels (e.g. hiring/terminating) to meet department goals
  • Monitor employee productivity, provide constructive feedback & coaching, and conduct annual performance reviews
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of Processing experience
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements

  • Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
  • Solid understanding of the economics related to the origination, sale, and servicing of residential mortgage loans
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be detail oriented, task driven & work well with people
  • Robust ability to manage multiple tasks
