Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Manager, Rehabilitation Services or Designee, perform diversified duties both within the Rehabilitation team and in support of the Rehabilitation Program. Provide direction to assigned staff to meet department objectives and responsible for the formulation, implementation and monitoring of goals for assigned areas of responsibility in collaboration with Manager. Coordinate daily department workflow with all team members and other team leaders to ensure safe, effective, and efficient work processing.
Qualifications
* A Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in a Rehab discipline such as PT, OT, SLP or Audiology is required.
* A minimum of five years of related work experience is required.
* Basic working knowledge of the use of a PC required.
* CPR certification required.
* Current Massachusetts License in the individual area of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Audiology.
* Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Pay Range
USD $107,660.80 - USD $152,089.60 /Yr.
Rotation Schedule Requirement
on call rotation for weekends and holidays
