If you're ready to work with industry-leading technology, in a climate-controlled environment and contribute to the future of a customer-focused company, let's talk!Responsibilities:Provide leadership and direction to a group of team members, aligning with the Production Manager's and company's production needs.Ensure safety rules are being followed at all times.Check products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolve any identified problems.Train new employees on proper assembly techniques.Assemble machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, and more according to directions.Read blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation, then builds to those specifications.Use various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.Maintain logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies.Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.This role will work Monday - Friday from 6:30am - 3:00pm.Requirements:General knowledge of production.Experience with small hand tools.Excellent hand eye coordination.Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs and electronic components.Ability to problem solve.Attention to detail.Physical Requirements and Work Environment:Prolonged periods of standing (up to 8 hours) and performing repetitive tasks.Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products as directed.Lifting up to 50lbs as needed and 25lbs regularly.Ability to reach overhead, bend, stand, stoop, and squat as needed.Wear required PPE.PIc191006efd85-35216-#######3
