What you will enjoy doing*

• You will develop, coordinate, maintain, and standardize plant wide training programs and courses to meet the business unit's safety and business goals, and in accordance with the company training programs.
• You will support the leadership and guidance for Training Coordinators.
• In this position, you will participate in the interview/hiring process of Operation/Production Technicians.
• You will be responsible for plant wide orientation and training of new hire Operation/Production Technicians and oversee their performance and attendance of new hires for the first 90 days.
• Further, you will ensure accurate training records and training matrices for all departments.

What makes you great

• You will require a High School Diploma / GED and 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a heavy concentration in a training function.
• If you have previous leadership experience, that is preferred.
• You must be able to support all shifts and work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
• Further, you will need excellent communication (both written and oral), organizational and interpersonal skills.
• You must be proficient with computers and Microsoft suite.
• This position will support operations and may work as an Operations Tech, when needed.
