Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc.Team Lead - TrainingEllisville, MS, United States | req18590 Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pmWhat you will enjoy doing*You will develop, coordinate, maintain, and standardizes plant wide training programs and courses to meet the business unit's safety and business goals, and in accordance with the company training programsYou will support the leadership and guidance for Training CoordinatorsIn this position, you will participate in the interview / hiring process of Operation / Production TechniciansYou will be responsible for plant wide orientation and training of new hire Operation / Production Technicians and oversee their performance and attendance of new hires for first 90-daysFurther, you will ensure accurate training records and training matrices for all departmentsWhat makes you greatYou will require a High School Diploma / GED and 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a heavy concentration in a training functionIf you have previous leadership experience, that is preferredYou must be able to support all shifts and work overtime and/or weekends as neededFurther, you will need excellent communication (both written and oral), organizational and interpersonal skillsYou must be proficient with computers and Microsoft suiteThis position will support operations and may work as an Operations Tech, when neededWhy you will love working with usLinde Advanced Material Technologies, formerly Praxair Surface Technologies, is a company that revolutionizes industries through innovative materials and surface coatings.
