Job Overview: This is a Team Lead -- Training position with a company in Ellisville, MS.
Responsibilities:
Develop, coordinate, maintain, and standardize plant-wide training programs and courses to meet the business unit's safety and business goals.Support leadership and guidance for Training Coordinators.Participate in the interview/hiring process of Operation/Production Technicians.Responsible for plant-wide orientation and training of new hire Operation/Production Technicians.Oversee the performance and attendance of new hires for the first 90 days.Ensure accurate training records and training matrices for all departments.Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED.5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a heavy concentration in a training function.Previous leadership experience is preferred.Ability to support all shifts and work overtime and/or weekends as needed.Excellent communication (both written and oral), organizational, and interpersonal skills.Proficient with computers and Microsoft Suite.This position will support operations and may work as an Operations Tech when needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
