CES/AWS IS LOOKING FOR A Team/ GROUP LEADER FOR AN INDUSTRIAL CLEANING COMPANYin an automotive facility in DUBLIN, VIRGINIA Location: Dublin, VA Salary: $18.00/hour SHIFTS:
  • MON-FRI. 9:00PM-5:30AM, SAT.-SUN. 6:00PM-6:00AM
  • WEDNESDAY-FRIDAY 9:00PM-5:30AM, SATURDAY 6:00PM-6:00AM
  • WEDNESDAY-FRIDAY 6:00AM-2:30PM, SATURDAY 6:00AM-6:00PM 1ST
This is a temp to placement hire with 90 day/500 HOURSprobationary period REQUIREMENTS
  • 1 year previous experience in safety training and leadership/training position
  • Must be punctual with a strong work ethic with Reliable Transportation
  • Able to attend all rotating shifts
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Walk & stand for duration of shift
  • Experience working in a face paced environment
  • Ensuring a clean and clutter free work space.
  • Reads and follows work instructions
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Qualifications:
  • More than 10+ years experience in the field.
  • More than 3+ years operations manager experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in safety assurance in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO).
