Child & Family Team Leader - Randolph VT
Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.Our Child and Family Team Leader maintains positive community relationships, provides daily oversight of client care and is responsible for clinical and administrative supervision for a 6-10 person clinical team.
This program provides a wide variety of therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families, including outpatient and substance use treatment services. This position provides coordination and clinical oversight for preschoolers ages 0-6 y/o, their families, and the educational and preschool programs addressing this population, as well as overseeing our Transition Age Youth Services for teens and young adults.
Services are provided using evidenced-based best practices, and include psychosocial intake assessments, individual and/or family counseling, play therapy, group counseling, referrals, and care coordination.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field required. Licensure strongly preferred. 3-5 years of experience in community-based programming, supervision experience preferred.
