Duties
Lead and motivate a team to achieve goalsDevelop and implement training programs for team membersManage inventory control and ensure stock levels are maintainedConduct employee orientations and provide ongoing coachingDemonstrate excellent time management skills to meet deadlinesConduct interviews and participate in the selection processRequirements
Previous experience in a leadership role with proven success in team managementProficiency in management techniques and strategiesAbility to develop and deliver training programsExperience in inventory control and maintaining stock levelsExcellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectivelyProficient in conducting employee orientations and providing coachingJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
