Also, the Team Leader will support the Community Leaders by training new/current employees to perform according to our quality standards.WHAT WE ARE OFFERINGAt least 40 hours a week with many overtime opportunities if the employee is available on different shifts and weekends.ROLE DESCRIPTIONS• Drive to different customers' sites to fill in for absent cleaners to perform janitorial duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, trash removal, dust removal, restroom cleaning, and others.• Close buildings correctly and according to customer's specifications.• Do and ensure the job is done within the budgeted hours.• Pick up employees at home, take to job sites and take them back home if necessary.• Train new and current employees• Must be punctual; have predictable and consistent attendance• Other duties as requiredROLE-BASED COMPETENCIE• Spanish speaking.• Driving is required for this position.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS• The compensation program is above industry standards.• Weekly pay.• Car allowance.• Gas allowance.• Health care insurance.• Dental insurance.• Vision insurance.• 401(k) Program• Paid holidays.• Paid time off.• Paid Vacation.• Career advancement plan (Many opportunities for growth).• Paid in-house graduation training program.• Paid Professional development assistance.• Paid outside certifications.
