The Team Leader will receive all communications into the department including e-mail, phone calls, live chat and fax.Essential Functions:Create and maintain all wagering accounts.Identify financial, fraud or risk that an account may presentGenerate reports as neededProcess a variety of financial transactionsMaintain digital and physical files.Handle customer inquiries including customer disputes and cancelling of wagersAssist customers on live chat and emailReport hardware and software issues to the servicedeskProvide support to our partners, customers and vendorsOther duties as requestedQualifications:High school Degree or Technical CertificationMinimum three (3) years of experience in a customer service contact center or a customer service positionSuperior organizational skillsA self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented, and energetic personalityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-taskStrong computer proficiency including word and excelMust be available to work occasionally on-site at Saratoga during live racing.Must be available to work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays.
