We are looking for a Team Leader for our 2nd shift & 3rd shift fabrication department.

JAC Products is a leading Global Tier 1 Automotive Supplier. At our manufacturing facility in Napoleon, we specialize in the fabrication and final assembly of exterior auto part components. Team Leader Summary:

The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that assigned work cells are set up according to the proper Manufacturing Cadence requirements, and that the Operators in those cells are certified (or supervised until certified), following all relevant work instructions, Quality Checks, routine preventative maintenance activities, and all other relevant policies and practices.

Team Leader Requirements:

2-3 years of previous experience in a production environment with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.

Successful demonstration of product assembly, safety, and quality systems/policies understanding typically developed over several years in a production environment – preferably in a Tier 1 or 2 automotive parts manufacturing environment.
