Our client is looking for a team lead for their canning division. The team lead will efficiently lead and manage a food production department in conjunction with the operations team leader.Ensuring products are of the highest quality and produced at the lowest possible coast to stay competitive in the market while applying lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies with a continuous improvement mindset.Leadership is the key here paired with process improvement. You will lead with the team vision and oversee implementation of changeovers and scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment, oversee the conversion of raw materials into finished goods in the most efficient way.Monitor and execute equipment reliability strategies including departmental maintenance programs, updating new maintenance work orders for on time completions. Base salary, plus15% bonus, immediate benefits, 3 weeks' vacation.It is a night role from 10pm - 6am, with 15% bonus potential, and immediate benefits.
