This individual reports to the Deputy Program Manager or Program Manager.Primary Responsibilities:Supervise a team of case managers, specialists and administrative staffRecruit, hire, and train replacement staff as neededReview staff work for accuracy, quality, and completeness (quality assurance)Analyze work and devise process improvementsEvaluate performance, provide feedback, coach, and mentor team membersIdentify and address training needs and provide employee development opportunitiesParticipates in identifying issues, generating alternatives, and implementing solutionsReceive, evaluate, and resolve customer problems and complaintsOther related duties as assignedRequirementsAssociate's Degree or Paralegal CertificationAt least four years of experience as a child support case manager or similar relevant experience (paralegal, eligibility case manager, etc.).Two years of additional education may be substituted for equal amount of experience.Proven Ability to manage, provide and direct work activities of self and othersKnowledge of State child support policy and procedures and systemsLearn about Veritas HHS at #J-18808-Ljbffr
