* High school diploma or GED supplemented by four (4) years of experience in grounds maintenance
* Valid South Carolina driver's license
The Team Leader works within a general outline of work to be performed, and develops work methods and sequences under general supervision. Work includes general landscaping and grounds keeping activities, routine maintenance duties, as well as the coordination of subordinate maintenance workers and inmate workers as assigned.
