About the Role:

We are now looking for a Team Leader to join our friendly, professional team at the beautifully located home in Plymouth. You will be responsible for running a shift and managing the team, medication administration, working with GPs and District Nurses, and maintaining care records.

What You'll Need:

Ideally, you will have team leader experience in a care setting, but we are also keen to talk to you if you have a passion for high-quality care, a good understanding of the needs of people with dementia, and are looking to move to the next stage in your care career. We can help you achieve this goal.
