- Scheduling labor to meet daily customer orders; troubleshooting and making adjustments as needed
- Proven experience training and leading others required
- Ability to prioritize work, met set goals and targets daily
- Motivating others in a teamwork environment
- Intermediate computer skills
- Practice continuous Safety
- Responsible for managing payroll of assigned team members.
- Complete and participate in 5S audits, update and maintain cell action list and monitor counter measures daily.
- Comfortable in a cleanroom environment
- Weekend Shift - Friday, Saturday & Sunday - 6:00am-6:30pm
Qualifications:
- Will train on assembly process and equipment necessary.
- At least 2 years of direct people management experience, leadership experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing assembly experience
- High School Diploma or GED, Associates degree preferred
- Show proficiency with computer in areas such as SAP and MS Office Suite
- Positive attitude and with ability to lead, coach and train others, willingness to learn
- Strong communication and technical decision-making skills
- Willing to work daily and weekly overtime as needed
