Changing the future of our firm, the industry and the advisor-client relationship.Job OverviewPosition Schedule: Full-TimeThe Core Risk department supports the Digital, Data, and Operations division with identifying, assessing, monitoring, reporting, and escalating of risks. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic leader with a strong risk and technical background to help deliver department outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of leadership, technical, and business acumen; a big-picture mindset and the drive to deliver results. This role will work in close collaboration with IT and Data professionals within the organization.
  • Responsible for day-to-day oversight and management of divisional risk processes in support of the Enterprise Risk Management Program.
  • Partners with Digital, Data, and Operations critical process owners and stakeholders to define, assess, identify, and mitigate risks outside of firm appetite.
  • Seeks to ensure the integrity, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of risk data, in addition to executing risk programs.
  • Provides leadership with recommendations for enhancements to overall divisional risk execution and ERM Program.
  • Understands and advises team on division processes, historical risk results, firm policies/programs including all Enterprise Risk Management Program Framework and Standards.
  • Assist Business Owners in ensuring policies, standards and procedures are consistent with ERM policies and standards.
  • Stays informed on risk industry and educational/development opportunities.
  • Monitors open high risks and ensures past due action plans are escalated to divisional leadership. Ensures evidence and remediation documentation is adequate and challenges business risk owners on action plan effectiveness.
  • Identifies areas of opportunity to increase divisional risk management acumen and understanding of Enterprise Risk Management Program.
