Our Team Member Relations Coordinator is committed to addressing the issues that can arise in our team members work experience. The Coordinator provides support to management and the Team Member Relations Specialists on human resources matters and key people-centered processes. Additionally, the Coordinator helps ensure that we care for our people in ways necessary to comply with our legal obligations as an employer.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides front-line team member support for human resources related questions and inquiries, guiding our team members to resources available to them and asking for clarifying information.
  • Drafts communications for management and hourly team members.
  • Exercises sound judgment to assist hourly and management team members to quickly and fairly resolve workplace concerns.
  • Provides consultation and guidance to site management on human resources matters and key people-centered processes.
  • Conducts thorough and impartial investigations into team member complaints, including alleged policy violations.
  • Manages investigative intake, which includes assessing reports from multiple platforms, analyzing the potential risk impact, and creating cases for investigation in the company case management system.
  • Assists with responding to unemployment compensation claims, which includes utilizing an online case management system and interacting with site management to accurately and timely respond to claims.
  • Supports site management with questions and guidance surrounding employing minors.
  • Coordinates with outside vendors to ensure sites in multiple states maintain up-to-date posters and notices.
  • Supports the reasonable accommodation interactive process.
  • Gathers documents and information in response to personnel file requests, third-party subpoenas and information requests, and at the direction of Labor & Employment counsel.
  • Prepares litigation holds under the direction of Labor & Employment Counsel.
  • Provides support in creating, presentations, trainings, charts, etc. in an efficient manner to be easily digested by stakeholders, executives, and site leadership.

Supports positive team member relations programming to ensure our practices and communications exemplify our sincere commitment to listening to our team members and forming a positive work environment directly in partnership with our team members.

Functions as a critical partner with field operations to assist with grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements.

Minimum requirements

  • A bachelors degree in human resources management (or related field) or any similar combination of education and experience.
  • 1 year of experience in HR or relevant position with exposure to HR policies and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of local and state-specific employment laws and regulations, such as Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained in HR best practices, including conducting investigations and reporting on findings, providing advice and guidance to management and hourly team members on policies and human resources matters, engaging in the reasonable accommodation interactive process with team members, and providing guidance to management on the unemployment compensation process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting concise and organized analyses with detailed explanations regarding findings appropriate for the intended audience.
  • Self-motivated work style; able to work well with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage varying volume of cases and prioritize these matters by content.
  • Understanding of investigation principles, including capability to draw conclusions on challenging cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in respectful debate, with a goal of propelling overall work product.
  • Experience pivoting priorities with short notice and managing multiple risk related situations at one time.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess information and apply critical thinking to support the investigative process.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with proven capability of summarizing data and key findings in simple formats that can immediately be applied by key stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel overnight when needed across the ENPHG geographic footprint.
