As a Cleaner, you will be key member of the housekeeping team helping to create great team member experience by keeping the property clean and sanitized.

- Thoroughly clean communal areas, apartments, and laundry room according to department procedures
- Inspect the facilities and grounds at the property; ensure all areas are clean and sanitized
- Empty and transport trash and waste to disposal area
- Distribute linen and housing supplies to units in need
- Ensure compliance with Employee Housing Guidelines
- Reports maintenance repair problems to Manager
- Support the associate transportation shuttle service
- This is a driving position; the successful applicant must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Drive in all-weather conditions, including snow and ice
