Ly we allow our team members to choose where they would like to work, however this is all dependent upon the current needs of the store and is at the discretion of management. Welcoming and greeting our guests as they enter, thanking them for their visit as they leave. Engaging in genuine friendly conversation as you interact with our guests. Taking orders and ensuring their accuracy with the guests. Learning menu items and having the ability to explain our menu to the guests. Responsible for the cash control of your assigned cash drawers. Delivering orders to guests, ensuring that each order is completed and prepared properly. Ensuring that all guest complaints and feedback is taken seriously, and corrected promptly. Ensuring that the assigned station is stocked, cleaned and ready for guest service.
