Team Member

Johnson Comfort is looking for motivated team members to join our team. We are looking for individuals that will support office and/or field operations, performing a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our HVAC and plumbing services. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to take on diverse responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

    What We Are Looking For

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent

    • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HVAC/plumbing systems, tools a plus

    • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments

    • Communication: Clear communication and documentation skills

    • Customer Service: Friendly, professional demeanor; handles inquiries and issues

    • Problem-Solving: Basic troubleshooting skills; critical thinking

    • Teamwork: Works well with others; willing to learn

    • Dependability: Punctual, reliable, strong work ethic

    • Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols; maintains safe work environment
