Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTeam Member Qualifications/Requirements:• Serving, Cooking, Cleaning, Prepping and Caring for guests!• Balancing high volume with high quality• Participating in ongoing training and development• Must have eagerness to take advantage of new opportunities• Learning different skills and responsibilities of all Shake stations• Cross training and cross utilizing skills• Entry Level, or 6 Months or more related Restaurant, Hospitality or Retail experience is preferred; but a willingness and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a must.• Open full-time availability and flexibility is a must – ability to work a variety of shifts• Must have strong customer service knowledge and communication skills• Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities• Must be dedicated to excellence and hospitality
