Position Overview: As a Team Member at TIME Manufacturing Company, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission and contributing to the success of our operations. The positions that may become available are versatile and may encompass a wide range of responsibilities across different departments. Key Responsibilities:
* Assembly of Aerial Bucket Lifts:
* Assemble and install components of aerial bucket lifts according to engineering specifications and assembly instructions.
* Ensure all parts, including hydraulic systems, booms, platforms, and controls, are properly connected and functioning.
* Quality Assurance:
* Perform thorough quality checks during and after assembly to identify and rectify any defects or issues.
* Ensure that all safety features and mechanisms are in place and operational.
* Documentation:
* Maintain detailed records of the assembly process, including parts used, assembly steps, and quality checks.
* Generate reports and documentation for quality control and compliance purposes.
* Troubleshooting and Repairs:
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues that may arise during assembly.
* Perform necessary repairs or adjustments to ensure the lift meets safety and performance standards.
* Safety Compliance:
* Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols throughout the assembly process.
* Verify that safety features, such as emergency stop buttons and harness attachment points, are correctly installed.
* Collaboration:
* Collaborate with colleagues to meet production timelines and quality goals.
* Testing and Calibration:
* Conduct functional tests and calibration of aerial bucket lifts to ensure they meet performance specifications.
* Verify that all controls and systems operate smoothly and safely.
Qualifications: To excel as a Team Member at TIME Manufacturing Company, you should possess the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanics, electrical systems, or a related field is preferred.
* Proven experience in the assembly of aerial bucket lifts or similar heavy equipment.
* Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with hydraulic and electrical systems in aerial lifts.
* Commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Effective communication skills for collaboration with colleagues and engineers.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to lift and maneuver heavy components and equipment.
* Comfort working at heights and in various weather conditions.
* Willingness to travel to job sites and participate in field inspections as needed.
