Team Members are responsible for meeting the store's daily goals by processing donated goods and running the cash register. The Team Member must also assist customers and follow all company standards, policies, and procedures. Qualifications: Education: No formal education is required Experience: No experience is necessary. Clearances: Must be able to obtain acceptable results for required background checks, including Act 151 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance and Pennsylvania Criminal History Check. Goodwill will pay for these clearances. Supervision Received: The Team Member functions under the direction of the Store Manager.
