Job Description:

As a Team Member, you will contribute to the team's success by overseeing operational tasks, promoting the QDFIPS mindset, and ensuring compliance with established rules and regulations. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering the potential for direct hire by the client based on performance, attendance, and other factors.

What We Offer:

* First Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:40 PM

What We're Looking For:

* High school diploma or GED required

* Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required

* Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

* Must be at least 18 years old

* Exceptional attention to detail

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

* Physical capability to perform essential job functions, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and performing tasks that involve bending, squatting, or kneeling

* Proficiency in reading and interpreting manufacturing specifications and work instructions

What You'll Do as a Team Member

* Perform operational tasks within the team, adhering to the QDFIPS (Quality, Delivery, Flexibility, Innovation, People, and Safety) mindset and following established rules and instructions

* Contribute to achieving team targets by generating actions, serving as a contact person, and/or participating in non-operational roles

* Carry out operator maintenance tasks within the team

* Support team members in engaging with team activities and initiatives

* Foster effective internal and external communication within and outside the team

* Continuously improve competence to enhance personal and team performance

* Share knowledge and expertise with team members to promote growth and development

* Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment

* Support new initiatives, improvements, and organizational changes
