POSITION OVERVIEW
- This position is based out of our office in Albuquerque
- You must be able to commute here for all scheduled shifts
- This position involves working directly with customers in a face to face setting
- This position does not require any previous experience
- This is a full time opening & starts within two weeks
Odyssey Executives is a fast-growing professional fundraising firm that elevates our non-profit clients' growth with innovative community engagement techniques. We are currently looking to hire someone with an outgoing and engaging personality to fill an entry-level Team Member Trainee position on our team. As a member of our team, you will be the face of our clients throughout the local community, leveraging your people skills to engage potential customers and facilitate the donation process.
Customer Service Ambassador Job Overview:
- Customer outreach and engagement
- Executing sales presentations to potential donors
- Educate community members and answer any questions
- Maintain up to date knowledge on our clients and charitable organizations
- Tracking all donation data and related information
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Some prior experience in a customer facing role preferred but not required
- Comfortable engaging with working directly with customers
- High attention to detail when managing accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and the ability to learn new skills quickly
