- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with of our guest
- Must be able to move, carry, push, pull, and lift objects up to 50 lbs
- Must have good reading and verbal communication skills
- Must be capable of handling a knife, fryer, grill and other food preparation equipment safely.
- Learn and demonstrate the Gringo's Loco's culture
- Must meet and federal, state, county or municipal regulations pertaining to the service of food and beverages
- Demonstrate good money handling ability
