This position is classified as an outside sales position; the position's primary duty is to obtain orders/contracts for products or services; employees are customarily and regularly engaged away from GCS' place of business.DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?WHAT YOU'LL DO: Develop and implement a plan in conjunction with the Branch Manager to call on all customers existing and new in a defined geographic territory. Generate effective route schedule. Drive the determined route and perform delivery and pickup service. Work closely with Technical Sales Representative to support customer needs.WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to three years' experience in outside sales with industrial engine accessory equipment. Electrical or mechanical background a plus. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Moderate computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
