Job DescriptionRole SummaryFanatics Collectibles is looking for a Tech Strategy & Biz Ops rockstar to tackle some of the highest priority, highest complexity, and highest visibility initiatives on our organization's tech strategic roadmap. This Tech Strategy & Biz Ops Associate will report to the VP of Product (who reports into the Chief Technology Officer) and will simultaneously own and/or engage with several high-impact initiatives. This person can expect to own evaluation and strategic definition of tech initiatives as well as drive programmatic execution and ultimately ensure value capture. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with top-notch analytical skills, a demonstrated propensity for solving difficult problems, and a clear team-first mindset.   • Take end-to-end ownership of a high-impact tech initiatives and, together with the VP of Product, work cross-functionally to ensure success across all programs
  • Drive analytical insights, report findings, deliver recommendations, and present progress updates to the Fanatics Collectibles Chief Technology Officer and other key leaders and Steering Committee (incl. CCO, CMO, CSO, CEO)
  • Work across various business functions to identify, size, and actively prioritize a comprehensive tech roadmap that includes digital products (enterprise platforms, collector experience ecosystems, data products), IT and infosec.
  • Lend analytical, strategic, and implementation support cross-functionally to teams tackling other high-impact initiatives across Fanatics Collectibles
  • Engage with a wide array of end-consumers and channel partners to better understand industry dynamics and refine recommendations accordingly
  • Build meaningful professional and interpersonal relationships both within Fanatics Collectibles and with external partners/stakeholders to better inform overall tech strategy
  • Become a subject matter expert in all things Trading Cards!
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, or Biz Ops roles
  • Extensive experience driving large-scale digital transformation programs
  • Strong quantitative modelling & analytical skills, excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong financial acumen
  • Extremely comfortable working with and presenting to senior leaders at the VP level and above
  • Team-first mindset, with a passion for solving highly complex problems together
  • Ability to handle a multi-tasking environment, meet deadlines, and work across a wide range of high-priority initiatives
  • Confidence, intellectual curiosity, ability to cut through ambiguity, and a desire to learn
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering or similar preferred
The salary range for this position is $107,000-$134,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
