The Technology Systems Analyst is responsible for providing technical expertise and support for Microsoft 365 applications, as well as assisting end users with their technology needs. This role involves analyzing system requirements, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other related services.
- Other Third Party product administration such as OpenText, CheckPoint, others as identified and needed.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.
- Analyze and assess the organization's technology needs, recommend improvements, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for end users on Microsoft 365 applications and other technology tools. Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Work closely with other IT team members to ensure the effective integration and functioning of technology systems across the organization.
- Ensure that all technology systems are secure and compliant with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Duties will also include supporting Corporate End Users via phone, email and our Service Management System via Requests, Changes and Incidents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A combination of Experience, Education and Certifications will be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technology support role with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365 administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services, troubleshooting techniques, and system analysis. Familiarity with Windows operating systems, networking, and IT security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills (verbal and written), and a customer-focused approach to support.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or similar are preferred.
Additional Information:
- This position may require occasional after-hours support and on-call duties.
- Travel may be required to various office locations for on-site support and training.
